Return and Refund Policy:
We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! You the customer may return an item for refund within 14 days of the date of invoice/receipt. Shipping charges for Items returned due to customer dissatisfaction, are not refundable and the cost of shipping the returned merchandise back to us is the absolute sole responsibility of the customer!
If items from a SHIPPING INCLUDED, FREE SHIPPING or REDUCED SHIPPING order are returned for a refund due to customer dissatisfaction or customer error, The actual shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from the refund. The cost of shipping the returned merchandise back to us is the absolute sole responsibility of the customer!
Items being returned for an exchange or substitution due to customer dissatisfaction or customer error will incur an additional shipping charge when the replaced item(s) is shipped!
All product returns must be in new, re-sellable condition; those that have been subjected to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are missing any instructions, manuals and/or warranty cards.
Due to health risks, massaging devices, fitness belts, gloves and wraps, sinus Irrigators and accessories cannot be returned! Also, fitness books, fitness videos, fitness software and downloadable items cannot be returned!
We must approve all returns. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number upon approval. The RA number must be visibly written on the outside of the box/package or the return will be refused and returned back to you the sender.

Freight Delivery Policy:
Curbside LTL Freight Delivery with 24 hour delivery notification!
Average Delivery Time: 10 - 12 Business Days!
Freight deliveries occur during business hours Monday - Friday!
Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier by the customer. Added services like liftgate and inside delivery are available but cost extra!
Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customer must be present to sign for delivery. If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location!
**IMPORTANT: If outer packing is damaged upon receipt, customer must note damages before signing for delivery!
Warranty Policy:
In the event a product becomes defective after the 14 Day return period; the customer is entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty that accompanies the product. DeForce Enterprises makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any purpose are disclaimed. DeForce Enterprises shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages including loss of profit, even having been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all damages arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product. |
