Mind N Body Fitness offers a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee, entitling the customer to return an item for refund within 14 days of the date of invoice/receipt.

Returns must be in new, re-sellable condition; those that have been subjected to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for return and/or refund. Due to the high margin for customer fault, we do not allow returns for any merchandise that have sustained any form of damage (breaks, cracks, etc..) as a result of customer use.

Due to health risks, Massaging Devices, Fitness belts, gloves and wraps, Sinus Irrigators and accessories once used, can only be returned if defective.

 A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are missing any instructions, manuals and/or warranty cards.

We must approve all returns. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number upon approval. The RA number must be visibly written on the outside of the box/package or the return will be refused and returned back to you the sender.

The cost of shipping the returned merchandise to Mind N Body Fitness is the absolute sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total price paid.

Warranty
In the event a product becomes defective after the 14 Day return period; the customer is entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty that accompanies the product. Mind N Body Fitness makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any purpose are disclaimed. Mind N Body Fitness shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages including loss of profit, even having been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all damages arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
