Payments:
Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified. For payment of your order, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks, Valid/redeemable Gift Certificates. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
 
State Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax for orders from New York and Florida! All applicable state taxes apply and will be displayed during checkout.
 
 
Return and Refund Policy:

We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! You the customer may return an item for refund within 14 days of the date of invoice/receipt. Shipping charges for Items returned due to customer dissatisfaction, are not refundable and the cost of shipping the returned merchandise back to us is the absolute sole responsibility of the customer!

 

If items from a SHIPPING INCLUDED, FREE SHIPPING or REDUCED SHIPPING order are returned for a refund due to customer dissatisfaction or customer error, The actual shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from the refund. The cost of shipping the returned merchandise back to us is the absolute sole responsibility of the customer!

 

Items being returned for an exchange or substitution due to customer dissatisfaction or customer error will incur an additional shipping charge when the replaced item(s) is shipped!


All product returns must be in new, re-sellable condition; those that have been subjected to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

 

A 20% Restocking/Reprocessing Fee will be applied to all returns!


Due to health risks, massaging devices, fitness belts, gloves and wraps, sinus Irrigators and accessories cannot be returned! Also, fitness books, fitness videos, fitness software and downloadable items cannot be returned!


We must approve all returns. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number upon approval. The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside of the box/package or the return will be refused and returned back to you the sender.

Warranty Policy:
In the event a product becomes defective after the 14 Day return period; the customer is entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty that accompanies the product. We makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any purpose are disclaimed. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages including loss of profit, even having been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all damages arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
