The Fluid UBE Ergometer - Whether you climb mountains, throw a ball in any sport, run, lift at home or at work, dig that hole…and a myriad of other daily upper body strength requirements, the need to have upper body strength seems to be a benefit to all. There are many quality ways to achieve upper body strength and now fluid resistance technology just became one worthy of your attention.

The First Degree Fitness Fluid UBE Upper Body Ergometer engages virtually every muscle in the upper body, in a similar fashion to an exercise bike for the lower body. As a cardiovascular apparatus, it offers similar benefits to a cycle. As a warm-up for resistance training, it provides better activation of the upper torso than the traditional alternatives. When used in the standing position, this Fluid UBE Upper Body Ergometer engages all core muscles of the mid section.

It is also widely used as an aid to the rehabilitation of many injuries and as a general exercise apparatus for those in wheelchairs. With rotating crank arm and removable seat, it offers the greatest variation of application.

The Fluid UBE Upper Body Ergometer is combined with our patented Fluid technology, providing for both extremes of resistance as well as forward and reverse direction. Its variable resistance changes at the flick of a lever, offering 20 levels from 'feather light' to 'Olympic sprint'. The 360 Degree rotating crank arm is adjustable in 5 Degree increments to suit users of any size. The seat adjusts through three positions and easily removes for standing use and wheelchair access. The hand grips are self-leveling and adjust to multiple positions, from horizontal to vertical.

The Fluid UBE Upper Body Ergometer has unmatched durability and is engineered for fitness centres and ideal for every application. It is operated in both forward and reverse directions for maximum muscle engagement. The motivation of sight, sound and silken smooth resistance is provided by Fluid technology.

Freight deliveries occur during business hours Monday - Friday!

Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier by the customer. Added services like liftgate and inside delivery are available but cost extra!

Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customer must be present to sign for delivery. If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location!

IMPORTANT: If outer packing is damaged upon receipt, customer must note damages before signing for delivery!
