Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier by the customer. Added services like liftgate and inside delivery are available but cost extra!

Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customer must be present to sign for delivery. If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location!

IMPORTANT: If outer packing is damaged upon receipt, customer must note damages before signing for delivery!
