The 47” SupraBar Olympic Curl Bar with revolving handles is designed to increase upper arm mass, strength and definition. Used with any 2” Olympic plates, this bar isolates and intensifies development of the biceps and forearms through the biomechanical process of supination – the inward and outward rotation of the wrists. This SupraBar isolates exertion to the targeted muscle group while relieving stress on tendons and joints.

Depending on the quantity/weight of the items purchased, your order will ship either via UPS GROUND or LTL FREIGHT!

LTL FREIGHT INFORMATION:

Curbside LTL Freight Delivery with 24 hour delivery notification!

Freight deliveries occur during business hours Monday - Friday!

Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier by the customer. Added services like liftgate and inside delivery are available but cost extra!

Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customer must be present to sign for delivery. If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location!

IMPORTANT: If outer packing is damaged upon receipt, customer must note damages before signing for delivery!
