This Valor Hard Core Flat Bench is stable and strong!

The bench is built on a 4 point stable base. The arch base allows you to place your feet on a raised support as you recline during workouts. For some individuals, this helps take the pressure off the lower back. For others, it may be just the extra support they need for balance. In any case, this bench will deliver the same quality performance time and time again.

Depending on the quantity/weight of the items purchased, your order will ship either via UPS GROUND or LTL FREIGHT!

LTL FREIGHT INFORMATION:

Curbside LTL Freight Delivery with 24 hour delivery notification!

Freight deliveries occur during business hours Monday - Friday!

Products must be off-loaded by hand from the tail end of the freight carrier by the customer. Added services like liftgate and inside delivery are available but cost extra!

Delivery location must be accessible for a tractor trailer and customer must be present to sign for delivery. If a tractor trailer is not able to access your location, you may be asked to meet the driver at a neutral location!

IMPORTANT: If outer packing is damaged upon receipt, customer must note damages before signing for delivery!
